“We make a LIVING by what we get, but we make a LIFE by what we give.” – Winston Churchill
At Installnet, we take pride in our community and believe in supporting causes that will benefit individuals, families and community groups. Through our Wellbeing Program, we educate and encourage employees, along with their friends and families, to get involved and contribute to the common good.
The Installnet Team is proud to actively support the below causes and organizations…
CamPower for All is a charity in memory of our own BJ Diamond’s daughter, Cameron. Cam, born in 2000, was diagnosed with Leukemia at six weeks of age. Through the wonder of a bone marrow transplant and subsequent recovery, she was pronounced cancer free at age five. Her life however, frequently faced complications as a result of what her little body endured at such a young age. At 7 years old, she was followed by six different medical teams at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. At age 8, in St. Louis awaiting a double lung transplant, the world lost a beautiful, courageous, and tough little girl. Her spirit continues to inspire the community, friends, and family.
CamPower For All’s mission is to provide aid and support to local families and healthcare givers. Everything they do, benefits children just like Cam in making their hospital a little bit better. Installnet is a regular sponsor of CamPower’s annual Cameron Diamond Invitational Swim Meet which benefits the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center.
The Anne Arundel County Volunteer Center is the premier volunteer connector in Anne Arundel County and the City of Annapolis. Annually, the Volunteer Center helps more than 4,000 individuals, families, corporate and community groups find volunteer opportunities at 360+ community organizations. Volunteers of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds are mobilized to feed the homeless, serve seniors, protect the environment, mentor youth and change our community for the better.
Here are just a few causes we’ve supported over the last several months:
Planting trees with the South River Foundation, Conducting Mock Interviews at Ft. Meade High School, and Partnering with the Annapolis Police Department to help run their summer Superhero Camp.

The Anne Arundel County Department of Social Services partners with Anne Arundel County Public Schools through the Back to School Program to help more than 4,500 children obtain the school supplies needed to help ensure a strong start to the new school year. For the last few years Installnet employees have helped gather supplies to get students started off on the right foot.
