Project Administrator

Position Objective

This position is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to production staff. This position collaborates with customers by supporting the Project Managers and Project Coordinators by entering, tracking and providing follow-up support to vendors, subcontractors, and other project team members.

Minimum Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate/ GED

Minimum Experience:

  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with clients at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to use a variety of office equipment, such as laser printer, photocopier, fax machine, telephone, etc.
  • Ability to use software programs, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Project, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

Project Coordinator

Position Objective

This position is responsible for providing overall administrative support to all teams. This position is responsible for following up to ensure all punch items are consistently completed in a timely manner and any follow-up regarding invoicing.

Minimum Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate/ GED

Minimum Experience:

  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with clients at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to use a variety of office equipment, such as laser printer, photocopier, fax machine, telephone, etc.
  • Ability to use software programs, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Project, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

Experience: One year performing administrative support work involving project management within a service industry.

Project Manager

Position Objective

This position is responsible for overall project management of projects from assigned accounts.  The job responsibilities include all facets of project management such as project planning, cost management, fair and competitive pricing, time management, vendor management, identifying upcoming opportunities and strategic needs, and overall quality and safety management.

Minimum Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate/ GED

Minimum Experience:  

  • Five years of experience directing and coordinating projects, preferably in the facility service or office furniture industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
